Payments

The Settings - Payments page is where you can can add or edit payment methods supported by the plugin.

Currently the plugin support PayPal, Stripe and Twocheckout out of the box with more to come in the future.

First set your currency and then proceed to configuring the one or more payment operators.

PayPal

If you plan to enable this payment operator, then ensure that you have selected a currency that is PayPal supported.

1.    Check the enable field.

2.    Provide your email associated to your PayPal account.

3.    Set the title field. This value is used for the Payment operator selection in the front-end.

4.    If you are still in the planning stages, check “Sandbox”. This will allow you to test before going live.

5.    Next save.

Stripe

1.    Check the enable field.

2.    Obtain your secret key and publishable key from Stripe and insert these into the respective fields.

3.    Set the title field. This value is used for the Payment operator selection in the front-end.

4.    Next save.

Twocheckout

1.    Check the enable field.

2.    Obtain your account number, publishable key and private key from Twocheckout and insert these into the respective fields.

3.    Set the title field. This value is used for the Payment operator selection in the front-end.

4.    If you are still in the planning stages, check “Sandbox”. This will allow you to test before going live.

5.    Next save.

Note that if you enabled one or more Payment operator, they will be listed in the right pane where you can drag and drop to rearrange the order in which they will appear in the front-end.

Important: When testing payment operators, ensure you are running a live version of your site and not localhost. If you would like to test paypal or 2checkout on localhost, then you need to depend on services such as ngrok.com. This type of service will enable you to expose your local webserver to the internet.
