Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Avalanchy is a mobile game made by Typps. This policy explains what the game does with data, in plain words. The short version: there is no account, your progress stays on your phone, and the only data that leaves your device is what Google needs to show ads.
No account, no sign-in
Avalanchy never asks for your name, email address or any login. We do not know who you are.
Your progress stays on your phone
Scores, ranks, unlocked stages, hats, daily missions and settings (language, sound, vibration) are stored only in the game's private storage on your device. They are not uploaded to us. Deleting the game, or choosing Reset progress in Settings, erases them. Uninstalling or changing phone means starting over.
Ads
Avalanchy is free and funded by ads served by Google AdMob: a small banner on the title screen, an occasional full-screen ad between runs, and an optional video you can choose to watch for a bonus. To show and measure ads, Google's advertising software on your device may process:
- Your device's advertising identifier (which you can reset or limit in your phone's settings), device model and operating system version.
- Your IP address, used for an approximate location (country or region) and for fraud prevention.
- Which ads were shown, viewed and tapped, so advertisers can be billed.
This processing is described in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. On iPhone, Avalanchy does not ask for permission to track you, so ads there are not personalised across apps.
Your choices in Europe, the UK and Switzerland
If you play from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows a consent screen before any ad is requested. You can consent, refuse, or manage options purpose by purpose. You can change your mind at any time: open Settings in the game and choose Ad privacy options. Refusing consent does not limit the game; you may just see ads that are less relevant.
Updates
When the game starts, it checks for a newer version of its code so you get fixes without visiting the store. That check sends the usual technical details of such a request (your IP address, platform and app version) to the update service and nothing about you or your play.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services beyond what the ad software needs.
- We do not read your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or location.
Children
Avalanchy is suitable for everyone, but it is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Ads are requested with Google's content rating set to the most restrictive level.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to its processing. Because we hold no data about you, the practical way to exercise these rights is through your device: reset the advertising identifier in your phone's settings, change your choices under Ad privacy options, or reset your progress in the game. For anything else, write to us.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date at the top.
