Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Avalanchy mobile game ("the game") published by Typps. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's own terms apply as well.

The game is free

Avalanchy costs nothing to download or play. It is funded by advertising. There are no purchases inside the game, so there is nothing to refund.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game, its artwork, music or code, except where the law expressly allows it.

Ads

The game shows ads served by Google AdMob. We do not control the content of individual ads. Deliberately generating ad clicks or views that are not genuine (for example with automation) is not allowed and may result in the game being unavailable to you.

Progress

Scores, ranks and unlocks are stored on your device only. We do not back them up and cannot restore them if they are lost, for instance after uninstalling the game or changing phone. We may adjust difficulty, scoring, stages, missions and rewards in updates; such changes are part of the game and are not a loss you can claim for.

Updates

The game may update itself automatically to fix problems or add content. Some updates are delivered through the app store, others inside the game when it starts.

Fair play and conduct

Do not use the game in a way that breaks the law, harms other people, or interferes with the game's services.

Ownership

The game, including its name, characters, artwork, sounds and code, is owned by Typps or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party assets are used under their respective licences.

No warranty, limited liability

The game is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not promise it will be free of errors, available at all times or compatible with every device. To the extent the law allows, Typps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

Ending

You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access to the game, or stop publishing it, at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
